ABSTRACT
The evaluation of non-Turkish citizens cases which performed medico-legal autopsy
is important for this reveals the rate of attendance to criminal events of non-Turkish citizens. By this aim, 108 non-Turkish
citizen cases was performed autopsy in the Mortuary Section of Forensic Medicine Institute (Istanbul) between 1991 and 1993
years. When those cases was evaluated according to their countries and causes of deaths, It was seemed that, the most
of them was Romania citizens. HIV was detected 2 cases among analyzed 4 cases.
