ABSTRACT:
All private or corporate bodies working in private or official institutions are responsible
to register the medical records of the people who applied them.
Medical records fully and regularly registered and stored are directly related to the health
of the patient and valuable earning for patient rights, a guide for establishments and institutions in health service applications,
an important data bank for retrospective scientific research, also it can an
evidence in legal problems be as a life-buoy for medical doctors.
It is aimed to define the essentials of the judicial rules related to the registration
and storage of medical records and to discuss the legal problems due to the deficiencies, faults and unpreserved of medical
records in this article.
