ABSTRACT
Health services related infections
are accepted as an important heath problem among hospitalized patients, especially. These infections may be an aspect of law
with some causes including to their unfavorable effects on the treatment process, their roles on the untreated illness, disabilities
and deaths, too, and financial and moral losses of patients and their acquaintances.
In this article, it is aimed
that evaluation of legal aspect of health services related infections with aspects of the patient rights and the problems
of physicians.
