ABSTRACT
The most important parts of legal investigation are scene investigation and
examination of corpses. The access to the suspected and the judging of the suspected
on the basis of obtained proofs are main law principles. The evidences which will been obtained in the scene and during examination
of corpse can be supply datum about physical, cultural and psychological profiles of suspected persons for definition of suspected
persons of events with unknown makers or seriously murders.
In this review, we aimed to definition of this method. This method has widely
been used in legal investigation in several countries and it has been begun to attraction in Turkey. We also aimed to discussion
about prospects of corrections in Turkey. And we reviewed the literature for this aim.
