EMERGENCY PYHSICIAN’S CIVIL AND CRIMINAL LIABILITY

ABSTRACT
Physicians find themselves increasingly vulnerable to malpractice risk when a routine office visit turns into
an emergency. Emergency pyhsician have to be skilled due to proper diagnosis and treatment, at the same time has to consider
legal and etical issues.
Emergency physicians should be aware of their responsibilities towards patients, relatives and
legal authorities.
Pyhsician should accept and examine all applicants to an emergency room.
