THE POINTS REQUIRED ATTENTION AT PRIMARY HEALTH CARE IN FORENSIC
PSYCHIATRIC EXAMINATION

ABSTRACT:
The subjects relating to forensic psychiatry about criminal responsibility, alcohol, narcotic
and stimulant substance usage/addiction, if victim defends him/herself or not psychologically, if psychological problems are
consisted or not after sexual or physical trauma, when the agreement is signed or still on if person has or not legal proficiency, nullity of
marriage, if there is a mental illness or mental retardation, if the marriage intolerable or not for other partner,
adoption, guardianship are wanted to be reported by doctors.
To be able to prepare a report on forensic psychiatry, a doctor should not
neglect the medical dimension that is beyond laws besides the forensic psychiatry cornering the legal dimension.
In this study medical and legal sides of expert subjects that concerning forensic psychiatry
are evaluated.
