OF A DEATH OCCURRED DURING AUTOEROTIC ACTIVITY / CASE REPORT

ABSTRACT
Autoerotic deaths have been steadily increased in the world and have been came
into agenda of practitioners which made medico legal evaluation.
During twenty years old man was found dead in his home while he was lonely,
was bounded a scarf, a woman-stocking and a rubber on the penis, he wearied a women underpants and there was a nylon bag on
the head. First Specialist Board of Council of Forensic Medicine evaluated witness expressions, scene minutes, and autopsy
findings and decided to autoerotic asphyxia for cause of death.
According to a third autoerotic death case that has been known to literature
of our country, we aimed to review of pertinent literature on this subject, to define to necessary knowledge for medico legal
evaluation, to show to confrontable difficulties for the naming of deaths occurred during autoerotic activity, and to emphasize
to legal important of definition of autoerotic death.
